International Chinese Cuisine Competition, Times Square

Christine started her year-long journey of discovery at the 2014 International Chinese Cuisine Competition held annually in Times Square.  She watches the contestant chefs preparing their dishes then is invited by her mentor chefs to help judge the Cantonese entries.
